I found the staff very helpful and kind. they arranged everything we asked for. the rooms were large. Everything was comfortable. breakfast was good, even if somewhat repetitive. the hotel is very clean throughout.

Our grand suite featured three spacious rooms with air conditioning. All spaces were comfortable. the suite included a modern kitchenette with a washing machine. it was very clean, well kept and tidy.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of options, including fresh fruit. the coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos and lattes. the dining area was kept clean and well-stocked. It was a great start to the day.

the reception staff seemed cute. they were helpful during my brief interactions with them.
the lack of room service was very frustrating. i was feeling unwell and unable to go downstairs for breakfast. i requested room service to take my medication, but i was told i would need to pay extra even though breakfast was included. it felt uncaring and rigid.
